HPIQ Home and Pool Inspectors of Queensland (ABN 30 134 798 502) is proudly Australian owned and operated.

HPIQ is a Queensland Government licenced to:

• conduct pool safety inspections;
• make all repairs needed to ensure your pool is compliant with the new laws; and
• issue you with a Swimming Pool Safety Compliance Certificate.

HPIQ inpectors can complete you swimming pool safety inspection and (usually) make repairs needed in one easy visit.

HPIQ inspectors are fully-trained, Government-licensed Pool Inspectors.

HPIQ inpectors are licensed Builders and members of Master Builders Association (Qld).  

HPIQ  has over 40 years experience in the building and contruction industry.  

HPIQ has developed its own proprietary pool inspection checklist.  This ensures that every aspect of your pool's safety is checked to ensure that it complies with the new laws.  We issue your Pool Inspection Report (including photos detailing any issues) from our laptop right there on site.

HPIQ is Fully Insured - Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance as required by the Queensland Government Pool Safety Inpsection Council.

John Myers leads the HPIQ team. He was appointed in December 2010 and joined us after over 40 years in the Building and Construction Industry.

John has held a heap of high-profile positions in some of Queensland’s leading construction companies. He has significant experience in consulting to government and is a thought leader in our industry. John is often called on to provide media comments on leading developments and innovation in the construction industry.

John is also a training and assessment consultant to Queensland Master Builders.
